Munire is the controller for personal data supplied through this website or in direct contact. For questions or a privacy request, contact us using the email address above.
Only what is needed for the enquiry.
For a project enquiry, we may process your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, project type, location, preferred start, indicative investment, project description and files you choose to send. Do not send special-category or sensitive personal data unless it is necessary.
We use this data to assess the enquiry, contact you, prepare a possible next step or agreement, and administer our communications carefully. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before an agreement and, where needed, our legitimate interest in careful business administration and establishing or defending legal claims.
We do not use enquiry data for unsolicited marketing communications and do not sell personal data.
Secure handling, limited retention.
Only authorised people within Munire can access an enquiry. Where needed, we use providers for website hosting, secure file storage and email delivery. They receive only the data needed for that service. If a transfer outside the EEA is necessary, we apply appropriate safeguards as required by law.
We generally retain enquiry data and attachments for about twelve months after the last substantive contact. We may retain data longer where needed for an agreement, a legal obligation, a dispute, or establishing or defending a legal claim.
Your data, your rights.
Within the limits of the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact mail@munire.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The website currently uses only cookieless, aggregated visitor analytics through Umami and does not set non-essential tracking cookies. If we later add non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will update this notice and any consent mechanism beforehand.
